  • Concrete sidewalks, patios or slabs
  • Docks, tie poles and boat lifts (no permit to replace deck boards only)
  • Exterior door replacement, including jambs

  • Fire suppression systems, sprinklers and alarms

Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning

  • Air conditioning - Install electric for unit

Landscaping & Site Preparation

  • Grubbing or digging Florida native vegetation
